The Duramed Futures Tour on the Road this Weekend

This weekend the Duramed Futures Tour continues to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin for the 3rd annual Aurora Health Care Championship. The event begins today and ends on Sunday, June 1st. The tournament will benefit the Geneva National Foundation and Aurora Health Care.

Total purse amount is $100,000, the overall winner will walk away with $14,000 and the runner-up receives $10,000.

Last year’s champion was Sofie Anderson from Angelholm, Sweeden by just one stroke. Who will take her place this year?

For those of you keeping up with the Golf Channel’s Big Break, there are a number of competitors from the show in the tournament including; Adrienne Gautreaux, Courtney Erdman, Elizabeth Stuart, Lori Atsedes and Susan Choi.

Foresters and the Geneva National Golf Club presenters work hard to make this event more than just a weekend golf tournament. Special events have been going on throughout the week, giving the community opportunities to see the world-class golfers in the area.
